Mansfield & Marsh Method Traditionnelle

Posted on

Mansfield and Marsh

Mansfield & Marsh is bottle fermented and spends a minimum of 9 months on yeast lees.

It is deliciously refreshing, delicate sparkling wine with a steady bead. The palate is fresh and lively exhibiting classic stone-fruit flavours, complexed by yeast aromas.

A perfect match to any occasion and a fantastic accompaniment to seafood cuisine.

Made up of a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes sourced from our vineyards in Hawkes Bay and Marlborough.

You get a big bang for your buck with this bubbly. It’s got an intense bready character and weight that’s a rare find at this price point, backed by bright fresh apple and lemon fruit.

Introducing our Royal Red

Posted on

We are excited to introduce the Regent of Tantallon, who joins our Aristocratic Red Wine family. Grown in the Hawke’s Bay, The Regent is a blend of mostly Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. With hints of Melbec, Syrah and Cabernet Franc, creating a Bordeaux style blend. Every drop shows a rich bouquet of coffee, bay leaf, black olive and juniper berry. These flavors fashion an aromatic complexity combined with a body and silkiness that can only come with careful cellaring.

The name ‘Tantallon’ dates back to Tantallon Castle, which was built by Red Douglases, who for over three hundred years was one of the most commanding baronial families in Scotland. Given the strength of the flavors and name, the Regent of Tantallon encompasses all qualities of a Royal Red.

For further information about the Regent please contact at or refer to the tasting note.
