Mansfield & Marsh Method Traditionnelle
Posted on by Abbie Davie
Mansfield & Marsh is bottle fermented and spends a minimum of 9 months on yeast lees.
It is deliciously refreshing, delicate sparkling wine with a steady bead. The palate is fresh and lively exhibiting classic stone-fruit flavours, complexed by yeast aromas.
A perfect match to any occasion and a fantastic accompaniment to seafood cuisine.
Made up of a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes sourced from our vineyards in Hawkes Bay and Marlborough.

You get a big bang for your buck with this bubbly. It’s got an intense bready character and weight that’s a rare find at this price point, backed by bright fresh apple and lemon fruit.
