Mills Reef Reserve Hawke’s Bay Rosé 2021
This complex reserve rosé is crafted in a dry style from premium Hawke’s Bay grapes. With aromas of cherry blossom, it exudes lovely strawberry and raspberry flavours, complemented with subtle rock melon and red current notes.
The palate is textural and full-bodied, yet delicate. Fresh and vibrant, enjoy on its own or with salmon and a beetroot, snow pea and goat cheese salad.

Leveret Estate Hawke’s Bay Rosé 2019
Lifted red fruits, with white flowers and hints of spice. The palate has a lovely fresh texture, strawberries and cream flavours, gentle acidity, and a long dry finish. Beautiful to serve with salmon.

Leveret IQ Rosé Methode Traditionnelle NV
This is a light salmon pink colour, with a fine persistent bead and a moderate mousse. The aroma shows citrus, strawberry and complex yeast-derived characters of vanilla, roasted nuts and vegemite. The palate is dry with a gentle spritz and a long, clean finish.

Falconhead Hawke’s Bay Rosé 2020
Bright red fruits, lifted florals and watermelon aromas. The palate is freshly textured, with lovely weight and balance, and a long strawberries and cream finish. This wine is drinking well now but can be cellared.
