Delivery

The Wine Portfolio Ltd use Post Haste for delivery inside New Zealand. Delivery can be expected within four working days of receipt of the order. Orders through our e-shop are only for delivery within New Zealand. If you would like to enquire about international freight please contact cellardoor@wineportfolio.co.nz for more information.

 

Payment Options

Insurance and coverage
All of the goods purchase through The Wine Portfolio Ltd are insured up to the point of delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any goods that are damaged or stolen after being delivered.

Returns Policy
If products are broken, damaged or go missing in transit we will offer you a replacement or a refund, provided the following procedure has been followed and you let us know within 48 hours of delivery. If bottles are broken or damaged in transit, the damaged goods must be returned to us. Shipping costs for the damaged portion of the delivery back to us is at our expense – customers must contact us to arrange the return shipping.

If you are disappointed with the wine or think the quality has been comprised, we will offer you a replacement or refund. Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase. In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and offer you replacement

 

Security

 

Stripe

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plaintext card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).
