Chief Winemaker, Paul Dawick takes us through four of our most popular summer wines and gives us some ideas of what they can be served with.
- Leveret IQ Premium Brut Méthode Tradionnelle NV
Sourced from prestigious Hawkes Bay fruit, this wine has a fine bead, and subtle nutty and citrus characters with an underlying brioche bun finish. Serve with fresh shellfish and antipasto platters, or simply enjoy on its own.
