This delightful Estate Syrah was sourced from specially selected rows in our prestigious Bridge Pa vineyard in Hawkes Bay. This medium-bodied Syrah has abundant blueberry and violet notes intertwined with spicy cedary oak and white pepper hints. With a suppleness and refined tannins this wine is ready for immediate enjoyment, it will also reward cellaring.

Enjoy with Lamb Kofta and couscous salad, yoghurt dressing and Greek Flatbreads.
After a brief cold soak to extract important colour and flavour components, the must was fermented in closed-top stainless steel vats with selected varietal yeasts. After 28 days on skins, the wine was sent to barrel for sixteen months aging in a selection of new (20% French and 8% Hungarian) and seasoned French oak. After a final blending of the all the components, the wine underwent a light fining, and filtration before bottling on 14th May, 2024
